Obituary for Rosemary Weber Gatrost 91 of Louisville, passed away peacefully Thursday, October 11, 2018. She was a native of Louisville, daughter of the late Frank A. and Susie May Williams Weber. She worked for the American Printing House for the Blind and was a longtime member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

She loved to go dancing and bowling and do volunteer work at her church. She was a member of the St. Elizabeth Alter Society and Lifetime member of the St. Joseph Children’s Home. She was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Bryon L. Gatrost; brothers, Frank J., Anthony and Charles G. Weber; a sister, Francelle Cox and adopted sister, Nancy Eisen.

She is survived by her step daughter, Sherry Bishop (Charles); step son, Terry Gatrost; a sister, Carmel Crabtree; numerous nieces, nephews, step grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at 12:05 p.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1406 E. Washington Street with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 1 to 5p.m. Sunday at Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home, 3711 Lexington Road “in St. Matthews”.
