Roy C. Horrell, 75, passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2018. He was born May 18, 1943 in Leechburg, PA to the late Charles and Kathleen Horrell. He proudly served his country in the US Army and retired from Chemstress Consulting.

Roy was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church. He enjoyed traveling, woodworking, reading, and spending time with his grandchildren. Roy was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Donna; his parents, Joseph and Kathleen Kasacjak Sr.; brother, Joseph Kasacjak Jr

He is survived by his son, John (Christina) Horrell; daughter, Sharon (Steven) Nagy; brothers, Stephen (Mary) Kasacjak; sisters, Marianne (Steven) Yackulak, Dorothy Kasacjak (Michael), Marjorie (Tom) Parks; grandchildren, Bethany (Brandon) Wilson, Kathleen, Rachel, Stephanie, and Troy. Friends may call at Bacher Funeral Home, 3326 Manchester Rd. , Akron on Monday, December 10, 2018 from 4 to 7 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 11 a.m., at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 5451 S. Cleveland-Massillon Rd.

, Norton, OH 44203 with visitation one hour prior. Rev. Curtis Stephens officiating.

Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice, in memory of Roy.
