RUBY BANKS JERSEY CITY Ruby Banks of Jersey City passed away on April 25, 2019. Ruby was born July 22, 1931. Loving wife of the late Emile E. Banks, adored mother of Mark S. Wilson, Noel A. Banks (Stephanie) and Judy L. Brown.

Dear sister of Theodore Link, Mable Hodges and Marion Burkes, grandmother of 8, great-grandmother of 7 and also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends. Friends will be received Monday, May 6, 2019, from 10:00 until 11:00 at which time a funeral service will begin in the Beverly C. Draper Funeral Home, Inc. 608 Sixth Street Monessen Pa. 15062 with Minister Jacqueline Butler, officiating.

Interment will be in the Olive Branch Cemetery, Smithton, Pa.
