Mrs. Ruby Lee Walker, age 87, of Copperhill, passed away at Wooddale Nursing Home, on May 1, 2019, surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her husband: Billy Gene Walker and parents: Fred and Jessie Mashburn and granddaughter: Karen Marie Walker. Mrs. Walker is survived by children: Brenda Jones Hughes of Tennga, Linda and Lloyd Leonard of Crandall, Sandra Mashburn of Dalton, Gene Lee and Grace Walker of Chatsworth, Billy Dewayne Walke of Crandall, and Michael Anthony Walker of Jackson County , 9 grandchildren, 13 great-greatgrandchildren, brothers: Deyo Mashburn of New Mexico and, Glen Mashburn of Cleveland, TN .

, sister and brother in law: Meridith and Walter Tankersley of Varner, TN. . Several nieces nephews also survive.

Funeral service for Mrs. Walker will be Saturday, May 4, 2019, at 2 PM in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home. Interment will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Varner, TN.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 5 until 9 PM at the funeral home. Arrangements made with integrity by Shawn Chapman Funeral Home, Crematory and monuments of Chatsworth.
