To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: “Ecclesiastes 3:1 Rudolph, began his journey on September 12, 1959. He was raised by his grandparents, Mr. Richard Exum and Mrs. Juanita Brown Exum. Rudolph was educated in Rocky Mount School System.

He worked in various positions at K and W Cafeteria, Glenoit Mills, Barnhill and the local tobacco factories. Rudolph was a member of The Church of the Open Door under the leadership of Reverend Dr. Nesbitt E. Spruill. He was always in attendance whenever his health permitted.

In addition to his grandparents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald Brown and Ricky Brown. Those left to cherish his memory are his devoted companion, Linda: one son, Jadon; one brother, Michael Brown of Durham, NC; his extended family, Lucille Johnson (Joseph), Vickie Lynch, Joan Alston (Sherwood) John Adams (Sylvia), Troy Jones and Kimberlee Powell; and a special friend, Shedric Bynum along with a host of family and friends.
