Obituary for Rupert S Johnson Rupert S. Johnson age 71 of Waukegan, passed away on September 2, 2018. He was born in Jamaica on May 13, 1947 to Raphael and Nora Johnson. He was a police officer for 18 years in Jamaica before coming to the United States in the early 1980’s.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his daughter Maxine Johnson. He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Lorna Hewitt; his daughter Michelle (Errol) Walters; step daughter Keva (Nigel) Hibbert; grandchildren Sheuntell, Christopher, Christina, Shamar and Priya; his siblings Trevor (Janet) Bennett, Melvin (Pet) Johnson, Yvonne Dixon Gray and Godfrey Gouldburn. He is an uncle of nieces and nephews and is also survived and loved by other relatives and friends.
