Russell Edward Mason July 20, 1942–December 7, 2018 Russell Mason 76, of Jamestown passed away on Friday December 7, 2018 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born in Octa, Ohio on July 20, 1942 to the late James and Francis Burba Mason. Russell served his country during the Vietnam Era in The United States Navy.

Russell leaves behind his wife of 55 years Bertha “Bert” Frazier Mason In addition to his parents Russell is preceded in death by is brother Jay Smith, sisters Sue Frazier and Linda Mason In addition to his wife, Russell is survived by his, daughters Lisa (Mark) Waters of Jamestown, Rita Pflager of Jamestown, brothers Robert (Latricia) Mason of Tenn. John (Pauline) Mason of FL, James Mason of Springfield, sisters Anna Cain of Springfield, June Harbor of Columbus and Eva Mae Smith of California, six grandchildren Andrea (Garett) LeMay, Megan Waters, Nick Waters, Tony Pflager, Ryan Waters, Austin Moorman, great-grandchildren Riley Harphant and Harmony LeMay and special friends. Connie and Robert Hines.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday December 12,2018 at 11:00am at Morrow Funeral Home in Jeffersonville, Ohio with Minister John Frazier officiating. Burial will be at the Good Hope Cemetery. Friends and family may call at the funeral home Tuesday December 11, 2018 from 5:00-7:00pm Memorial contributions can be made to American Cancer Society and Hospice of Dayton.
