Mr. Russell John Harrington, of West End passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at his home. Russell was born in Syracuse, NY on June 20, 1970. He is survived by his two daughters, Madilyne Harrington and Chloe Harrington of West End.

His mother, Georgianna Peavy and her husband Larry of Aberdeen; His Father, Lawrence H. Harrington and his wife Connie of Tucson, AZ. A memorial service will be held later. Condolences to the family may be made at www.
