OBITUARY Ruth Colte June 27, 1926 – November 5, 2018 Ruth Colte, age 92, of Freehold, New Jersey passed away on Monday, November 5, 2018. She was born June 27, 1926 in Brooklyn, New York. Mrs. Colte is survived by her son Paul Colte of Marlboro, NJ; son Mark Colte and his wife Deborah of Marlboro, NJ; sister Florence Levy and her husband Zevi of Woodmere, NY; and granddaughters Melissa, Danielle and Ali Colte.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Charles in September 1985. A funeral service will occur at 11:00 AM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, New Jersey 07726. A burial will follow at Beth David Cemetery, 300 Elmont Road, Elmont, New York 11003.

A period of mourning will take place Tuesday, November 6, 2018 following the burial at Paul Colte’s residence. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ruth’s memory may be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 417005, Boston, Massachusetts 02241-7005 (www. heart.org).
