Ruth M. Devore, 84, of Bloomingdale, OH, passed away March 5, 2019 at the Laurels of Steubenville. She was born February 26, 1935, a daughter of the late Virgil and Phoebe Shroyer. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by husband, David G. Devore; her infant son; sisters, Gladys and Brenda; and brother, George.

Ruth is survived by her sons, Darrell Devore and Darren Devore; step-son, David Glen Devore II; special grandson, Darren Glen Devore; and will be missed by special nieces, Candy (Edward) Milhorn and Melody Downen. Friends will be received on Thursday from 4-7 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 W. Main St., Richmond where funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 AM with the Pastor Michael Thurston officiating. Burial will follow at East Springfield Cemetery.
