Frey, Ruth E., 94, of Temecula, CA, died Saturday, November 10, 2018, at home under the care of Elizabeth Hospice. She was born in North Olmsted, Ohio and moved to Elyria, Ohio after her marriage to Maynard Frey. They retired to Palm Harbor, Florida and resided there until her move to California in 2003.

She was a cosmetologist for 18 years. Survivors include her children: Dale (Karen); Denise Bass (Rick); Donna Smith; Trisha Frey; a sister Helen Silac; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband, Maynard of 56 ½ years, son, Donald, her parents, and four brothers and five sisters.

The family prefers, if you wish, contributions to Elizabeth Hospice, 500 La Terraza Blvd, Ste #130, Escondido, CA 92025 or a charity of your choice.
