OBITUARY Ruth Elizabeth Bann March 19, 1927 – November 15, 2018 Age 91, of Fridley, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 15th, 2018. Internationally known African Violet Hybridizer best known for Rebel’s Spatter Kake. Preceded in death by her Parents, Chester and Lottie; and numerous Brothers and Sisters.

Survived by Husband of 65 years, Ludwig; Children, Cindy, Jennifer (Breck) Ogren, Jeff (Elly) and David; Grandchildren, Kyle Ogren, Kelsey Ogren and Gabriella Bann; and numerous Nieces and Nephews. No services will be held.
