OBITUARY Ruth Judith Gelfand February 9, 1940 – February 4, 2019 Mrs. Ruth Judith Gelfand, of Monsey, New York, passed away on Monday, February 4, 2019, at her residence. Mrs. Gelfand was born on February 9, 1940, in New Hope, Pennsylvania. She was 78 years old.

Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2019, 1:00 PM, at Congregation Sons of Israel Cemetery, Brick Church Road and Route 306, New Hempstead, New York. Interment will follow at the family plot. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Hellman Memorial Chapels, 15 State Street, Spring Valley, New York.
