Obituary for Ruth Mae Martin (Montgomery) Ruth Mae Martin (82) of Alexandria, KY passed away Thursday, January 31, 2019. She was born in Mt. Zion, KY on February 7, 1936, daughter of the late Owen and Virginia Brewer Montgomery.

She was a member of Eastside Park Christian Church. In addition to her parents, Ruth is preceded in death by a brother Wayne Montgomery and her sister Louise Reeder. Survivors include her husband Francis “Frank” Martin, son Roger (Becky) Martin, daughters Fran (Dave) Ecklar, Linda (Rusty) Scaggs, 6 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 11-1 pm, Sunday, February 3, 2019 at the Peoples Funeral Home in Butler, KY. Funeral service will immediately follow at 1pm also at the funeral home. Ruth’s final resting place will be at the Burtonville Cemetery.

Memorials, if desired are suggested to Hospice of Hope 909 Kenton Station Dr, Maysville, KY 41056.
