Margaret Ruth Justice Manning 73 of Ashland passed away at her residence Friday, July 27, 2018. Ruth was born December 7, 1944 in Delbarton, West Virginia to the late Raymond and Rosella Varney Justice. Ruth was retired from the Boyd County Sheriff’s office where she served as a book keeper, office manager and Chief tax deputy.

She leaves behind a son Paul Manning Jr of Ashland; daughter Andrea Hill of Punta Gorda, Florida; two brothers Raymond Justice Jr of Mason County, WV and David Bruce Justice of Delbarton, WV; five sisters Mary Evans of Chattaroy, WV, Patricia Dawson of Pataskala, OH, Mildred Wyatt of Ashland, Martha Cisco of Sandusky, OH and Gladys Hatfield of Ashland; five grandchildren Gregory Hill, Abby Caines, Lindsey Caines, Ashbey Manning and Jacob Manning; four great grandchildren Kaiden Wells, Sadie Hill, Madilyn Hill and Alex Hill; along with a host of extended family and friends. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 31st at Caniff Funeral Home in Westwood.
Burial will follow in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 12 until time of service. Online condolences may be left at www.
