Tifton – Mrs. Ruth Uldine Copenhaver Smith, 88, of Tifton died Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Tift Health and Rehabilitation. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced on later. She was born November 24,1929 in Summersville, West Virginia to Albert Marion and Lena Pearl Bailes Copenhaver.

She and her husband LeRoy were married for sixty years before his death on November 2, 2013.
