It is with great sadness that the family of Ryan Burr Wagner announce his sudden passing on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, at the age of 32. He was born on December 5, 1986 at Greater Baltimore Medical Center to Mary Mathias Wagner and Burr Richard Wagner. Ryan was a 2004 graduate of Oakland Mills High School.
