Born June 10, 1987, in McKeesport, he was the son of Paul and Penny (Moon) Kifer. In addition to his parents, Ryan is survived by his daughter, Ashley Kifer; siblings, William, Dennis, Joey, Penny, Darlene, Tabitha, Crystal, Tonia and Heather; step-brother, Paul.
