Obituary for Ryan P McDonald Ryan Paul McDonald January 2, 1978 – February 28, 2019 Rock Island, WA Ryan Paul McDonald, 41, of Rock Island, former East Wenatchee and longtime Spokane resident, passed away at his home on Thursday, February 28, 2019. He was born on January 2, 1978, in Spokane, WA to Mark Dean McDonald and Karen Joanne (Worman) Keutnik. He was resided in the 9 Mile Falls area north of Spokane until he was 16 and they moved into North Spokane.

He attended Lakeside High School and Mead High School, graduating with the class of 1996. He continued his education at Spokane Community College, prior to going to work in the construction industry. He worked for Hayden Homes in North Spokane and later for Bison Builders in Spokane.

He moved to Wenatchee in 2012, where he worked for Village Life Construction also known as Timberwood Homes. He was an Assistant Construction Manager. He met Ariana Tello in the summer of 2012 and they made their lives together in East Wenatchee.

Following the birth of their son, Braylen in 2016, they moved to make their home in Rock Island. Ryan enjoyed the outdoors, camping, hunting, fishing, the mountains, the river, and being with his boys. He had a hat collection and often would bring more than one with him.

He is survived by his Domestic Partner and mother of his children, Ariana Tello of Rock Island; his son, Braylen Paul McDonald and step-son, Noah Michael Smith, both of Rock Island, WA; his mother and step-father, Karen and William “Bill” Keutnik of Spokane, WA; maternal grandmother, Joanne Galloway of Spokane, WA; paternal grandmother and step-grandfather, Dorothy and Ernie Didier of Spokane, WA; three sisters: Nicole (Todd) Jordan of Fort Collins, CO; Stephanie (Paul) Hightower of Puyallup, WA and Selene McDonald of Seattle, WA; three step sisters: Leah Keutnik of Seattle, WA, Lyndsey (Wes) Henry of Spokane, WA Larkin (Rudy) Krogseth of Spokane, WA and one step brother, Levi Keutnik of Renton, WA. He was preceded in death by his father and two grandfathers. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, March 8th, 2019, at Eastmont Baptist Church, located at 400 S. Kentucky Ave.

, East Wenatchee, WA 98802. A second Memorial Service will be held the next day at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 9, 2019, at __________________________,located at Spokane, WA. Arrangements are assisted by Heritage Memorial Chapel, East Wenatchee & Cashmere.
