He was born March 8, 1983 in Kaukauna, WI to James and Nancy (Schneidewend) McMillan. Ryan was graduate of the Sycamore High School, Class of 2001.

He received his Associates degree in pre-med and continued to study chemistry and biology. He was member of the Church of St. Mary in Sycamore. Survivors include his parents, James and Nancy McMillan of Sycamore; his brother, Matthew (Nicole) McMillan of Batavia; his aunts and uncles, Sue and Bob McMillan of Sycamore, Jan and Randy Dedering of Neenah, WI, Jane and Mike Stier of Neenah, WI, Eileen and Earl Patterson of Twin Falls, ID, Leroy and Dawn Schneidewend of Neenah, WI and Sandy and Pat Callahan of Nashville, TN; many cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Leland and Florence Schneidewend; paternal grandparents, Roy and Mary McMillan; and his dear pet- Birdie (a golden cap conure- small parrot) which he had for 23 years. His visitation will be on Saturday, Dec. 22 from 10:00-11:00 AM at the Church of St. Mary, 244 Wateman St., Sycamore, IL.

A funeral mass will begin at 11:00 AM at the Church with Rev. Carl Beekman officiating. Burial will be at Mt.
