Sally Anne Hill, 78, went home to be with the Lord on October 5, 2018. She was born July 15, 1940 in Akron to the late Philip and Mildred Mann. She had worked for Akron Public Schools as a cafeteria worker and was a long-time member of Goss Memorial Church.

She enjoyed working and helping others. Sally was preceded in death by her brother, Harold Mann; and sisters, Elizabeth Wellsby and Cynthia Manin. She is survived by her sons, David (Tracy) and Phillip Hill (Jan); and nephew and niece, Gordon (Kathy) Wellsby.

Friends may call at Bacher Funeral Home 3326 Manchester Rd. on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., where services will be held at 1 p.m. with Pastors Kevin Burkholder and Bud Couts officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Goss Memorial Church or Barberton Adult Daycare, in memory of Sally.
