Is preceded in death by his loving Mother: Celia and Father: Encarnacion Diaz; Sam leaves an Everlasting memory that will live on by his Spouse: Carolyn Garcia; Children: Rigadonna Diaz, Arty Diaz, Cecilia Lopez and Ruben Diaz; along with 6 grandchildren.

Services for Sam are Friday, May 24th 2019 from 11:00am-1:00pm. At the conclusion of the services; we will proceed with Sam’s final wishes.
