He is survived by his wife, Mildred Harris; daughter, Wilhelmina Thomas; sons, Larry Anderson, James Anderson, and Willis Anderson; sister, Callie Mae Jones; grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. Mr. Harris was a cook at Britling Cafeteria for over 30 years.

He retired in 1962.
