Sandra J. Gossett, 79, of Springfield, passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center. Sandra was born on January 5, 1939 in Jacksonville the daughter of Kenneth and Julia Kuhnline Kidd. She married Johnny L. Gossett; he preceded her in death on May 21, 2007.

She was a homemaker. She was also preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by sons, Frank Garcia (Rosalia) of Springfield and Martin Garcia of Springfield; daughter, Michelle Dupont Bailey (Tonya Bailey Dupont) of Anaheim, CA; and grandchildren, Julie Piskin, Zena Garcia, Ashlee Garcia, and Edward Chase Dupont (Analise); and great-granddaughter, Aaliyah Dupont.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 30, 2018 at Camp Butler National Cemetery with Reverend Julie Jones officiating.
