Obituary for Sandra Kay Brown Sandra Kay Brown 62 of Boaz passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Marshall Medical Center South Her Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Etowah Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery. Bro.

Alan Hallmark will be officiating. Pallbearers will be Darrell Minyard, Jayden Minyard, Ethan Roberts, William Wilburn, Justin Sanders and Lamar Gilbreath. Visitation will be 5 until 8 Friday June 8, 2018 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Brown is survived by her Husband: Charles Brown, Children: Stephen Richard, Leigh Brown, Anastasia Brown (Justin Sanders), Whitney Verba (Devin), Granddaughter: Layla Sanders, Mother: Virginia Richard, Mother-in-law: Mauntez Brown, Sisters and Brothers: Betty Minyard (Connie), Mary Richard (Danny Lang), Pete Richard, Larry Richard, Several Nieces and Nephews. She is preceded in death by her Father: Roy Richard Mrs. Brown was born in Boaz, Alabama on November 28th, 1955. She led a full life, always looking out for other people and ensuring the happiness of others.

She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She and her husband built a beautiful home for their family. Her passions in life were taking care of other people, her pets, and working on the farm with her family.
