Sandra M. Watkins Sandra M. Watkins, 72, of Jersey Shore, passed away, Sunday, May 5, 2019. She was born May 9, 1946 in Jersey Shore, the daughter of the late Arthur and Evelyn (Maggs) Frederick. Sandy was a graduate of Jersey Shore High School; she played the flute in the high school band.

She received her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Indiana University and worked as an RN at Muncy Valley Hospital. Sandy was also an Army Veteran. Sandy is survived by her brother, John Frederick of Jersey Shore and four nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. Services will be private at the convenience of her family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Rearick Carpenter Funeral Home, Jersey Shore.
