Santiago’s Obituary Santiago “Chaguin” Rodriguez Saez, age 75 of San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, suddenly passed away and went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 1, 2019. He was born in Guaynilla, Puerto Rico to the late Santiago Rodriguez Rodriguez and Blasina Saez and was a resident of Vineland, New Jersey for 36 years. He retired from United Resins of Elmer, New Jersey after 27 years of service.

Santiago enjoyed spending time with his wife of 52 years, along with gardening, dancing and traveling. He always looked forward to family gatherings. Chaguin was a sweet caring man who truly never met a stranger as everyone was a friend and he was always there to give you a smile when you needed one.

Santiago’s beautiful life will be forever cherished by his loving wife, Rafaela Gomez and two loving children; Maribel Morales and her husband Alex and Jose Rodriguez, Sr. and his wife Leilani. Along with 2 grandsons; Jose Rodriguez, Jr. and Gabriel Rodriguez. He is also survived by 2 sisters; America Mercado and Marita Mercado and 2 brothers; Nelson Rodriguez and Eligio Rodriguez and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his brother Ruben Rodriguez. The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Saturday, Feb. 9th at 10:00 am at the Divine Mercy Parish, 23 W. Chestnut Ave.

Vineland. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland. Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing on Friday evening from 7:00-9:00 pm at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave.
