Obituary for Santina Aquila Santina Aquila, age 89, of Wickliffe, passed away May 23, 2018. She was born in Cleveland, on September 16, 1928, to the late Philip and Rosalia Lotenero. She was a proud and loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She worked as a secretary in a corporate office and then catering for many years. You never left the Aquila house hungry; whether you were or not. Her sense of style set her apart and her cooking was unmatched.

Above all her greatest joy and of pride was her loving family. Santina is survived by her children, Tony Aquila, Tom (Christine) Aquila, Marie (Walt) Hein and Tim Aquila, grandchildren Tommy, Nicole, Dana, Lisa, John, Tracy, Michael, Anthony, Danielle, Carleigh, T. Dylan, great-grandchildren, Teagan, Nicholas, Tavin, Sage, Joseph, Tenley and Grayson and brother Phil Lotenero. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 64 years, Tony Aquila, daughter-in-law, Nancy Aquila, siblings Charlie, Tony, John, Carmen, Michael and Vinnie.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-8pm at the Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd. , Eastlake. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 10am at Our Lady of Mt.

Carmel Church, 29850 Euclid Ave, Wickliffe. Interment at All Souls Cemetery, Chardon. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Santina Aquila please visit our Sympathy Store.
