OBITUARY Sara Jean Gardner November 10, 1943 – November 19, 2018 Sara Jean Crawford Gardner, 75, of Garland, Texas, passed away on Monday, November 19, 2018. Born November 10, 1943 in Charleston, South Carolina, she was the daughter of Wallace Crawford and Anna Lou Stokes Crawford and the sister of Patricia Crawford Fields. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, James (Jim) Leon Gardner; three children, James (Jay) Worthington Crawford, Jr. and wife Allison of Sugarland, Texas; Kristy Ann Crawford of Dallas, Texas; James (Jimmy) Leon Gardner II and wife Trenna of Vernon, Texas and five grandchildren: Brittany Addison Crawford, Kaitlyn Elizabeth Crawford, Andrew Wallace Crawford, Rhett James Gardner and Shealee Gardner Vest.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 pm Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Dallas Athletic Club’s Terrace Room, 4111 Dallas Athletic Club Dr, Dallas, TX 75228 with Dr. Earl Craig officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bridge Breast Network.
