Sara Lee “Sally” Garfield (nee Swope), age 74 of Shaker Hts. , OH. Beloved wife of the late James R. Garfield, III; loving mother of James A. III (Elissa) and Tom E. Garfield (Jenna); dear grandmother of Edward J. Garfield, Mollie Sara-Kathryn Garfield, Alyson E. Garfield and John R. Garfield; dear sister of Ann I. Swope; dear aunt of 3 nephews and 1 niece.

The family prefers that those who wish may make contributions in her name to the Alzheimer’s Association of Cleveland, 23215 Commerce Park #300, Beachwood, OH 44122 and to Anna Maria of Aurora, 889 North Aurora Rd. , Aurora, OH 44202. A Funeral Service will be held at 10am on Wednesday, February 20th at Brown-Forward Funeral Home, 17022 Chagrin Blvd.
