Sarah Katherine (Butler) Jacob Passed away June 27th 2018 Kathy was born September 2nd 1944 in a private home in North Bend, Oregon. Kathy’s Mother was Leora Bethel Wells and her Father was James Robert Butler. She was second oldest of nine children and is survived by brothers James and Kenneth and sisters Delores and Joanne.

She was Known as Kathy and married Dennis Vincent Jacob of Tillamook, Oregon November 10th 1962 at St. Monica’s Catholic Church in Coos Bay, Oregon. Kathy gave birth to three children: Angela of Portland, Oregon, Vincent of Gresham, Oregon and Christopher of Vancouver, Washington. Kathy and Dennis have seven Grandchildren: Dannielle, Spencer, Andrew, Michael, Dennis Ryan, Colton, and Mikala.

Kathy was a Sign Language Interpreter and Free-Lanced as well as she worked for several years at Hudson’s Bay High School where she mainstreamed with hearing impaired children. Kathy was an excellent hostess and enjoyed calligraphy, writing poems, camping, fishing, hunting, and traveling. She was known for her quick wit, sarcasm storytelling, and unconditional love showed for all those around her.
