Scott Brian Call, age 55, passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2019 in Seymour, TN. Scott was born July 27, 1963 in Cambridge, OH to the late Walter E. and Ruth G. Call. He was a retired truck driver and life-long peripatetic who lived his life the way he wanted to, especially through travel.

Thought of as an amateur comedian, Scott always had a way to make people laugh. Coupled with his travel, he brought a smile to people all over the continent. He lived for his children and the family who love him.

Scott is survived by his children, David and Brian Call, and Amber; David and Brian’s half-brother, Dylan Mize; Brian’s fiance, Kaylee Cate; David’s girlfriend, Caitlin Koepsell; and the mother of his two sons, Melanie Call. Other surviving family members include: girlfriend Dianna Bohner; siblings John Call, Janice Lanning and Sharon Rogers; nieces, Amanda Qualls and Jennifer Glover; nephews, Gregory Qualls, Michael Wyers and Alan Call; great nieces, Angellica Hanshaw, Jennea and Jalissa Glover, Nate’liegh and Georgina Qualls; great nephews, Dylan Shyrock and Michael Wyers Jr.; and several other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Delbert and Marie Beckner; paternal grandparents, Don and Harriet Call; parents, Walter and Ruth Call; and brother, Walter Alan Call.

Visitation will be held at Freedom Worship Chapel, 10 Weedon Ave, Cambridge, OH from 12 pm to 1 pm on Friday, May 10, 2019. A memorial service will follow, and then an interment at 2 pm, and a celebration of life and reception at 3 pm. Pastor David Glass will officiate.
