Scott Chapman Craig, 66, of Spanish Fork, passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 in Spanish Fork. A viewing will be from 6-8pm on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 East 200 South in Springville, Utah. Funeral services will be held Thursday January 31, 2019 at 1:00PM with a viewing from 11:30am to 12:30pm at the LDS Chapel, 275 South 1400 East Spanish Fork.

Burial will follow at Spanish Fork Cemetery. Arrangements are by Wheeler Mortuary. Scott was born in Price, Utah to Floyd and Deon (Chapman) Craig on October 19, 1952.

He attended and graduated Orem High School. He followed in his father’s footsteps and worked as a Meat Department Cutter/Manager for many grocery stores. He had a great sense of humor and was a practical joker, he loved to golf and he loved his dogs.

He always put family first and loved spending time with his family, he taught his children early on how to properly package meat. He enjoyed playing the piano and played the tuba in high school. He held the family record for consuming the most ice cream in an hour.

Scott is preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Deon Craig, his brother James Craig and his dogs Sky of Mount Loafer and Reznor. Scott is survived by his children Rachelle (Paul) Mortensen, Kimberly (Robert) Simmons, Natalie Kelly, Ryan (Selena Massey) Craig, Randal (Lalanya Hendersen) Craig, Siblings: Paul (Merle) Craig, Judie (Steve) Carter, Catherine (Don) Findlay, Cindy (Charles) Huff, David (Cindy) Craig, Grandchildren: Jessie Lyn (Thomas) Phillips, Paul Mortensen Jr., Savannah (Anthony) Ochoa, Alexis Matthews, Mikel Kelly, Victoria Craig, Aidan Simmons, Allison Simmons, Great-Grandchildren: Avery Carlson, Evangeline Phillips.
