Obituary for Scott J. Clark SCOTT J. CLARK, age 63, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Sunday, July 15, 2018. Scott was born March 26, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio to Donald and Stella (Zmijewski) Clark. Scott is preceded in death by his parents and his beloved son Todd.
Scott was the devoted husband of over 36 years to Margaret “Meg” (Will), younger brother of Debra Clark, loving father to Jason (Lauren), Justin, Travis, and Cody. Proud Papa to Alex, Anna, and Drew. Uncle to Christopher Doll and Jesse Montgomery.
Friend of many, namely Robert Berton, James Julian, unofficial foster children, and co-workers alike. Scott was the prototypical American dad, always providing for his family and those he felt in need. He will forever be remembered for his big personality, charming smile, and loyalty.
He loved all animals, entertaining others with food or stories, and the simple joys in life. His name is synonymous with the Northeast Ohio road construction community, working for over 40 years at Osterland and Shelly Co. Scott will be loved and missed by his family forever and will always be remembered as the cherished husband, father, Papa, and friend that he was. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Cleveland APL.
Family and friends will be received at Nosek-McCreery Funeral Home, 8150 Brecksville Rd. ,Brecksville, Ohio 44141 on Friday, July 20, 2018 from 1-3 and 5-8 pm and on Saturday, July 21 from 9:30-10:30 am with a prayer service at 10:30 am. Scott’s Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 am at St. Basil the Great Catholic Church, 8700 Brecksville Rd.
