Scott’s Obituary Scott Michael Zawadzki, 36 of Rockland, passed unexpectedly on February 27, 2019. Born in Boston on December 27, 1982, Scott was raised and educated in Braintree, and was employed as a forklift operator for Teamsters Local 25. Scott was the devoted and loving life partner of Casey Leonard and devoted and loving father to their daughter, Olivia Zawadzki.

Loving son of Coreen (Cady) and Anthony Barese of Rockland. Brother of Robert Zawadzki, Jr., Eric Zawadzki, Anthony Barese, Jr., Tina Massengill and the late Christopher Zawadzki. Uncle of Alicia, Keira, Madison and Kaiden.

Survived by his maternal grandmother Anna Cady, and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. All services are private. Donations in Scott’s memory can be made to the Hope House Recovery, 8 Farnham St, Boston, Ma 02119.
