OBITUARY Servando Duran March 4, 1942 – January 21, 2019 Servando Duran, 76, was born in Mendez, Tamaulipas, Mexico and relocated to Baytown, TX. He was born on March 4, 1942. He was a loving father, husband and grandfather.

Servando was called home to be with the Lord, on January 21, 2019 at the age of 76. He was an Insulator, Auto Mechanic and faithful in Missionary work of God. He was a member of Victory Temple Pentecostal Church of God for many years.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sofia Duran; parents, Concepcion & Irene Duran; siblings, Octaviano Duran, Concepcion Duran, Zenaida Garza, Mariana Gonzalez and Esperanza Villarreal. Servando is survived by his loving children, Servando Duran Jr., Sylvia Ynfante (Alfonso), George Duran, Sergio Duran (Claudia), Irene Duran, Eleazar Duran (Vanessa), Fernando Duran (Carolina), Diana Garza (Anselmo), Sara Sanchez (Alfred), David Duran (Kristel) Surviving Siblings: Leonila Ramirez, Jose Angel Duran, Esther Gomez (Elias), Guadalupe Duran, Rafael Duran, numerous grandchildren , great grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers are Jose Herrera, Roman Garza, Sergio Duran, Joshua Duran, Ramsey Garza, David Herrera, Jonathan Ynfante and Caleb De La Rosa.

Honorary pallbearers are Abraham Sanchez, George Duran, Jr., Jacob Sanchez, Eleazar Duran, Jr., Matthew Duran and Carlos Duran Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from five o’clock until eight o’clock on Thursday the 24th of January, in the chapel of Earthman Baytown Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Road in Baytown. The funeral service honoring Servando is to commence at ten o’clock on the 25th of January at the funeral home where Rev. Dr. Charles R. Kyle of Victory Temple Pentecostal Church of God will officiate.

Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8624 Garth Road in Baytown.
