SFC Chambers was born in the Bronx, NY on November 27, 1973 to Carrol and Norrel Chambers. He retired from active duty on February 28, 2019 after serving in the US Army for 25 years and 21 days.

SFC Chambers enlisted in the army in 1994 with initial assignment at Fort Jackson and subsequent ones at Ft. Gordon, Wiesbaden, Germany, Ft. Huachuca, Special assignment at the White House, Camp Humphreys, Korea, Ft.

Meade, Ft. Huachuca, Ft. Bragg and Brunssum, Netherlands.

SFC Chambers graduated from Charles Baker High School in Baldwinsville, NY, then attended Onondaga Community College prior to enlistment. His Military education includes Basic Leader Course, BR LDR CRS, ADV LDR CRS, SYS ADMIN/NTWK MGR SGTY and SERE. His awards and decorations include Bronze Star Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Joint Service AchievementMedal, Army Achievement Medal with 2 oak leaf clusters, Army Good Conduct Medal with 8 oak leaf clusters, National Defense Service Medal, 2nd Award, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korea Defense Service Medal, 2nd Award, Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon with Numeral 3, Presidential Service Badge and Joint Chief of Staff Identification Badge.

He is survived by his parents, Carrol and Norrel Chambers; brothers, Marc (Teresa), Andre (Monica) and Kori (Rachelle); sisters, Sade′, Karlene (Don), Ann (Paul) and Sandy; his grandmother, Mavis; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends to mourn his loss. Burial with Full Military Honors will be 9:30 AM Friday, June 7, 2019 at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 US-1, Mims, FL 32754. Memorial services will be 11:30 AM Friday, June 7, 2019 at Crossings Community Church, 514 Walden View Dr. Sanford, FL.
