Born March 30, 1981 in Greenville, SC, Shane was the son of William Eugene “Gene” and Miriam Denise Pearson Garrett. He graduated Dorman High School in 1999 and was well-liked by everyone.

In meeting Shane, you became instant friends because he judged no one and loved all. His personality was contagious, his smile lit up a room, and his laugh was infectious. His love for family and friends was evident in knowing him and he will be missed forever.

Shane was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Shane is survived by his twin sister, Kelly Bailey and her husband, Tim; nephews, Cameron, Garrett, and Kase. The family will receive friends Saturday, December 29th, 1:30-2:45PM at Anderson Mill Road Baptist Church Chapel Funeral services will follow at 3PM, officiated by Reverend Jason Williamson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Anderson Mill Road Baptist Church, 4455 Anderson Mill Road, Moore, SC 29369.
