OBITUARY Shane Michael Adcox August 12, 1991 – September 12, 2018 Shane Michael Adcox, age 27 of Mt. Juliet, TN passed away September 12, 2018. He was preceded in death by his father, Dennis Keith Adcox.

Shane is survived by his mother, Becky Roach and her husband, Jon; daughters, Emma Adcox and Addison Adcox; sister, Rebecca Adcox; brother, Timothy Adcox; grandparents, Dennis and Brenda Adcox, Kathy and Rick Burr, and Vickie Young; great-grandmothers, Joyce Wright and Norma Porter. Shane worked as an Interior Designer for the Phoenix Corporation. Family & Friends will gather from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm Friday, September 14, 2018 at Hermitage Funeral Home, 535 Shute Lane, Old Hickory, TN.

A Memorial Service will be 10:00 am Saturday at Donelson First Baptist Church, 2526 Lebanon Pike, Nashville, TN.
