Obituary for Sharon O’Brien Link Link, Sharon O’Brien age 88 of Minneapolis, MN, passed away peacefully on April 27, 2018. Sharon was born on February 12, 1930 in Brainerd, MN. Preceded in death by spouse Ralph, parents Earl and Althea O’Brien, sister Marilyn Weisgram, brother Jack and son Brien.

Survived by son Barry (Penny), daughter Shannon Stover (Daniel), daughter-in-law Milissa Link, grandchildren Benjamin Quinn, Alison Link, Juliette Link and Walter Stover, brother Don O’Brien (Kathy) and sister Nancy Samuelson (Don), and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends; she loved them all. She also had a special love of animals, especially her cats. Sharon was a Health Unit Coordinator for Fairview Southdale for over 20 years and loved every minute of it.

She was a resident of Jones-Harrison and previously enjoyed many years living at Kenwood Isles. Her family would like to express its warmest appreciation to the staff at Jones-Harrison, from Brighton Hospice, and from ComForCare for the tender and skilled care they gave Sharon. Private interment.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Ascension Parish, Friends of St. Stephens, Basilica Shoe program and the Animal Humane Society.
