OBITUARY Sheila Brackman July 22, 1956 – November 1, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Sheila Brackman, 62 of Huntsville; formally of Trinity and Liberty passed away on November 1, 2018. She was born July 22, 1956 in Ville Platte, Louisiana to Stanley and Willie Mae Book. Sheila graduated from South Park High School in Beaumont, Texas in 1974.

She retired from the United States Postal Service in Trinity, Texas after more than 10 years of service. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family that she has left behind to cherish her memories including her husband of 30 years Johnny Brackman; son, Stanley Davis and wife Mary; daughter, Aleshia Davis; step-daughter, Krystal Miller and husband Scott; grandchildren, Dustin Saxon and Tatiana, Alanis Davis, Shawn Smoot, Keagan Miller and Eli Miller; sister, Rena Stark and husband Jimmy; aunt, Catherine Book, great-granddaughter, “Pearl”; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Willie Mae Book; sister, Wanda Busceme and mother-in-law, Lenora Brackman.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 5, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home Chapel located at 1700 Normal Park, Huntsville, Texas 77340. Interment will follow at 1:00 p.m., November 6, 2018 at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Trinity, Texas.
