Obituary for Sheila Haunani Scott It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Sheila Haunani Scott, 67 on Wednesday, June 27, 2018. Sheila was born December 21, 1950 in Waianae (Nanakuli), Hawaii to Tila and Leroy Johnson. She later moved to California, eventually settling in the Durham – Chico area.

She met the love of her life, George W. Scott in 1989 and was at his side daily until her passing. She worked along-side her husband in his business, Chico Scrap Metal, Inc. until her retirement, December 2015. She is survived by her husband, George W Scott; sons Alfonso Saise Jr., Alejandro Saise (Stephanie), Larry Saise (Melissa) and grandchildren, Alex and Sean Saise, Kayla Saise, Marques Saise, Tristan Nott, and one great-grandchild, Nathaniel Saise; her brothers Ben Johnson (Socorra) and Chuck Johnson (Dena) as well as a large extended family.

She is truly the definition of Aloha Spirit ~ A Hui Hou K¬a¬kou (Until We Meet Again) A Celebration of Life will be held August 19, 2018 at The Rendezvous, 3269 Esplanade, Ste. 142, Chico, CA 95973 ~ 2:00 p.m. Brusie Funeral Services assisted with the care of our sweet Sheila.
