Obituary Sheila K. Stuttler, 65, of Rockford, Illinois passed away Sunday, February 24, 2019. She was born, April 28, 1953 in Angola, Indiana, the daughter of Robert and Jane Stuttler. She graduated from Rockford East High School, class of 1971.

She went on to work as a bookkeeper at Rockford Silk Screen for 39 years. Sheila was a movie buff and loved movie trivia. She also enjoyed being on the ocean, cruises and dolphins.
