She was born on 22 November 1975 in Singapore. She left behind her husband, Adrian Kwan, son, Kaydeon Kwan and daughter Gizelea Kwan.

She’s also left behind her the following: Father & Mother Chia Kim Hock & Goh Soon Choo, Sister and Brother Chia Hsing En & Chia Yew Guang, Father-in-law & Mother-in-law Kwan Wing Hing & Lucy Chua, Sister-in-laws Madeline Tan & Lynda Kwan Sau Har, Brother-in-law Andy Goh Wee Meng, Aunties, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. She’s been a loving and caring wife, mother, daughter and sister. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends as she touches our lives in one way or another.

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers to our family for the loss of our dearest beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend. We deeply appreciate and gratefully acknowledged your kind expression of sympathy. It will always be remembered in our hearts.

She has a special touch in all of us and will always have a place in our hearts to be cherished by all her wonderful friends and families.
