Sherri Reid Turner, 62, of Christiansburg formerly of Walnut Cove, NC passed away May 6, 2019. Sherri was the love of my life and Best friend for 42 years. She was preceded in death by his parents, Norman & Una Reid.

She is survived by her husband, Edgar (Ed) Turner; son, Edgar Craig Turner, Jr.; daughter, Rebecca Turner Ratcliff; grandchildren, Mesa Ratcliff and Zach Ratcliff; brother, Ken Reid; sisters, Lisa Reid White and Norma Reid Tilley; nieces Megan White Mitchell, Mikayla White, Katie Lyga and Chrissy Turner; nephews, Joe Lyga and Wesley Turner; sisters-in-law, Marilyn Lyga, Pam Reid and Lisa Turner; and brothers-in-law, John Lyga, David White, Robert Tilley and Doug Turner. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 10 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev.
