I Met Sherry Ann at Cheyney State Coolege in 1979. She was our Mother Hen, always wanted to boss us around. We shared priceless times and moments on the 6th floor of Truth Hall.

Sherry was the manager of the women’s basketball team. So many funny memories from basketball practice in Cope Hall. Although time and distance separated us the phone keep us connected.

We talked a couple weeks ago and we talked and laughed as we always did. I would call her country (her Pittsburgh accent) and she’d call me country (Detroit accent). So glad our paths crossed and we remained in touch over the past 40 years.

God makes no mistakes, we may not understand it right now. In time we will, Joy comes in the morning and we will see her again. Love you my sister, I know you’re in heaven fussing :grin:.
