Sherry Renee Dilday September 25, 1967 – May 12, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Sherry Renee Dilday passed away in Seminole, Oklahoma on Sunday morning, May 12, 2019, at the age of 51 years. Sherry was the daughter of Elza & Mae (Leewright) Rodgers, born on September 25, 1967, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was brought up in the Seminole area, attended Bowlegs and New Lima schools, and was a graduate of New Lima High School.

She worked several years as secretary for Irby Construction Company, and did extensive traveling through Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. She lacked only one class in completing an Associates Degree from the University of Phoenix. She loved playing piano and singing, and she loved the outdoors, fishing, and camping.

She is preceded in death by her father, Elza Rodgers. She is survived by her son, Jeremy Dilday, of the home; her mother, Mae Rodgers, sister Vickie Westmoland (Bob), and brother Kyle Rodgers (Rashawn), all of Seminole; a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, 2:00 p.m. at Lord’s Community Church in Seminole, with Jimmy & Nita Moreland officiating.
