Shirley Ann Jaksik’s Obituary Shirley is survived by her loving husband of over 38 years, James Allen Coughenour; her daughters, Jandale Wallace and husband Bryan, and Stacy Sepeda and husband Johnny; her brother, David Jaksik and wife Mary; her sister-in-law, Sally Jaksik; and her grandson, Hunter Sepeda. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Victor David and Velma Lea (Popham) Jaksik; and her brother, Dennis Jaksik. The family requests memorials be made to Fairview Cemetery, 13331 FM 536, Pleasanton, Texas 78064; or to American Cancer Society.
