Shirley’s Obituary Shirley JoAnn Gravett, 79, of Lewisville, TX passed away Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Medical City Las Colinas Hospital in Irving, TX. She was born March 22, 1940 in Poplar Bluff, MO. Shirley was a native of Farmington, MO and a member of First Assembly of God, where she was also on staff for many years.

She was loved by many, but none more than her son. Shirley will be remembered most for her sharp-witted humor matched only by her unwavering devotion to Jesus Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lyman and Maude (Dorris) Barker; husband, Darrell Gravett; two sisters, Wanda Reagan and Norma Ward; five brothers, Oscar “Junior”, Bill, Bob, Norman and Jim Barker.

Shirley is survived by her son, Eric Gravett and wife Karen of Lewisville, TX; sister, Betty Hicks of Farmington, MO; sister-in-law, Betty Barker of Piedmont, MO. Visitation will be held Friday, May 3, 2019 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Open Heart Assembly of God, formerly First Assembly of God, in Farmington. Visitation will resume at Noon on Saturday at the Open Heart Assembly of God with the service beginning at 1:00 PM.

Pastor Kevin Davis will be officiating. Interment will follow at Coldwater Cemetery in Coldwater, MO. Memorials may be made to Open Heart Assembly of God.
