Shirley Kay Smith Sylacauga, AL – Funeral service for Shirley Kay Smith, 65, will be Thursday, May 16, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with Pastor Mark Deason and Rev. Jimmy Roberts officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Mausoleum in Sylacauga, AL.

Mrs. Smith died Saturday, May 11, 2019 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her father, Leon Russell Hammonds, and sister, Sharon Osbourne. She is survived by her husband, Robert Lee Smith; two daughters, Renae Blankenship, Mindy (Jarred “J.T.”) Tomlin; son, William C Wood, III; daughter, Maria Ingram; granddaughter, Taylor Blankenship; two grandsons, Colby Davis, Clayton Tomlin; mother, Connie Hammonds; brother, Greg Hammonds; and sister, Sandie (Bobby) Love.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 15, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home. Memorial messages may be sent to the family at www. radneysmith.com.
